Nyanga Wines Chef de Cave

Nyanga Wines’ Head Winemaker (Chef de Cave) grew up surrounded by a raspberry farm in the Highlands of Scotland. His grandmother and grandfather made their own raspberry and fruit wines, as well as their own beer using hops. Many years later, after time spent in biotechnology in the UK, USA and Switzerland, fruit wine is again being crafted – this time in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe.
